At Baseball Express, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for new, unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items and custom-drilled bats are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
- 2.Print Shipping Label
Generate and print a prepaid FedEx return shipping label directly from the portal; a flat-rate shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- 3.Package Your Gear
Place the unused items back into their original manufacturer packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box with the return authorization slip included inside.
- 4.Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized FedEx location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
