How long does shipping take for customized jerseys and equipment?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. However, customized items like personalized jerseys or custom-stamped gloves require an additional 7-10 business days for processing before they are shipped.
What is your return policy for baseball bats?
Bats can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are still in their original, unopened shrink wrap. Once the wrapper is removed or the bat has been used in a game or cage, it is no longer eligible for return due to manufacturer warranty policies.
Do you offer team discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, Baseball Express provides special pricing for leagues, schools, and travel teams ordering in bulk. Please contact our Team Sales department directly for a custom quote on uniforms, balls, and field equipment.
How do I know which glove size is right for my position?
We provide a comprehensive sizing guide on each product page. Generally, infielders prefer smaller gloves (11.25"-11.75") for quick transfers, while outfielders use larger gloves (12.5"-12.75") for extended reach.
Are the products on your site covered by a warranty?
Most high-end equipment, including composite bats and premium gloves, comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. We recommend registering your product on the manufacturer's website immediately after purchase to ensure coverage.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
